Axtrade Ltd is an inter-dealer broker covering Delta One, equity financing, and structured products. We work the flow between Tier-1 investment banks and hedge funds, with selective coverage of asset managers and market makers across European markets.
Independent of bank balance sheets. Free of conflict. Focused on the products that demand senior, relationship-led broking — and the products where information edge matters most.
Index and single-stock equity derivatives, executed across European exchanges and OTC markets.
The financing toolkit hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices need to operate with precision.
Bespoke equity solutions structured around the precise needs of the counterparty.
Markets move. Counterparty stress comes and goes. What endures is how a desk handles the conversation. Axtrade is built on three principles that don't compromise.
Not a bank desk. Not a screen-only platform. Axtrade acts strictly as an intermediary — on a matched principal, IDB or agency basis, depending on the market. We do not engage in proprietary trading and do not commit capital that could conflict with counterparty interests. The whole point of an inter-dealer broker, and what makes a true price possible.
Confidentiality is not a marketing line. It is the trade. Counterparties speak to us about flow they would not share with their primary broker — because they know it stays with the desk.
A decade building relationships through every cycle. Senior coverage with decades more in cumulative team experience. The kind of desk that picks up at any hour — because the relationship is older than the screen.
Axtrade is open primarily with Tier-1 investment banks and a selective group of sophisticated hedge funds. Coverage is relationship-driven, not transactional. New counterparties are onboarded carefully and reciprocally.
Founded in 2015. Ten years on, Axtrade is expanding its senior coverage in Delta One and synthetic financing — bringing decades of additional bank-side experience to the desk through 2026.
Axtrade is growing. We're looking for traders, brokers, and operations talent who want to build something serious — without the constraints of a bulge-bracket. If you're early-career and want to learn the markets from senior people who actually trade them, we want to talk.
